9. Termination

In no event shall Omnifuse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Professional Services Disclaimer
Omnifuse is a software platform and does not provide tax advice, accounting services, or legal counsel. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
